Appointments can be made by calling (808)348-9182 or book a service online through our Apps PatientHub 360 for Apple/Android. For insurance verification for massage, please call or submit online request. We encourage you to reserve treatments at least 24 hours in advance.

Check In

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other patients fairly.

Attire

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. It is highly recommended that all makeup be removed prior to all services.

Valuables

We recommend that no watch/jewelry be worn at the spa. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuable of any kind brought into the spa premises.

Etiquette

This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please share your preferences with us. We request that cell phones and pagers be turned off in the spa.

Gift Certificates 

Gift cards may be purchased in specific dollar amounts and are redeemable at the clinic for eligible services. All gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and must be used before the stated expiration date. Discounts in packages, and memberships are available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy

 If you must change or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid being charged the full service fee. All cancellations require a 24 hours notice to be cancelled or rescheduled without any charge. Full amount of the service will be charged before booking your appointment. 

Special health considerations

Please notify our spa reservation department with complete and accurate health information before booking you treatments. Please notify the spa reservation agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical aliments or disabilities requiring special assistance, or  if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

Payment and Gratuities

All major credit cards with proper identification are accepted for payment. Please present discounts and gift certificates at the time services are rendered. Discount cannot be combined with other  discounts for spa packages, promotions, special events or holidays. Prices and services are subject to change.

Gratuities are at your discretion, industry standard is 20%
